  • download and use our applications — IDmelon Authenticator and IDmelon Pairing Tool;

  • “services,” we are referring to our app(s), and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or event.

If you choose to use our app and services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our End User License Agreement unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register in the apps, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the apps or services, or otherwise when you contact us; we may require you to provide us with certain personal information such as email address or phone number. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy, for a better experience while using our app or services. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving our products and services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information for a variety of reasons, such as fulfilling your order, completing transactions with you when you purchase our products/services, maintaining the security of the services, requesting feedback and contacting you about your use of our apps/services, delivering and facilitating delivery of services to you, responding to your inquiries/offering support to you, sending business and marketing communications, improving and developing our products, or informing you of updates and releases.

We will inform you of the purpose for collecting personal information when we collect it from you and keep it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Sometimes, your work rolls out our services for your use, such as your employer or your school, asks for personal data about you and your eligibility to use the services that they purchase for use by their workers or students. When you decide to use such enterprise services, you agree to share with your employer relevant data from your use of our services; your employer can review and manage your use of such enterprise/business services.

Whether you represent an organization, such as a business or school, that utilizes enterprise products/services from IDmelon or you are an end-user of an IDmelon product/service or an IDmelon service is provided by your organization, you have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Some of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our app or services, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP address) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The age requirement says 13 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for IDmelon to lawfully provide the services to you without parental consent then the minimum age is such older age.

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. If you buy any of our paid Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
